8 Steak Sauces to Seriously Up Your Steak Game

If you’re anything like me, steak night is sacred — and the steak sauces make it. From creamy peppercorn to tangy chimichurri, these are the eight I reach for when I want maximum flavour with my steak. Most come together while your steak rests (chef’s-kiss timing), so you get glossy sauce and perfectly juicy steak in one go.

Who doesn’t love a juicy, slightly charred steak, served up with a mountain of chips (or saute potatoes if you’re feeling posh) and some nice green veg!

It’s one of my favourite weekend dinners, and it’s make even better with the addition of one of these 8 delicious sauces.

Most of these sauces can be made while your steak is resting, so your steak will be perfectly rested and ready to serve when that sauce is ready.
